360 Wellness PLLC

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate located in The Woodlands, TX. My idea for 360 Wellness came from the idea that mental health incorporates many aspects of wellness, we have to look at the full picture. I work with individuals, couples and families to find and define their goals. I work hard to meet the client where they are at but also help them to see where they want to be. I will work with you to highlight your strengths and how to use them to reach your optimum visualization of wellness and to bring your idea of wellness full circle.

Rates and Payment

-Choose your own rate! Ask yourself, "What you'd like to invest in yourself each week during this process?" I'd like for you to pick a rate, between $65 and $125, that you can afford consistently.

- *Special circumstances will be considered on an as-needed basis*

-I am not in network with any insurance panels. However, I can provide you with a "super bill" document that you can send to your insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend that you contact your insurance company in advance of your appointment to verify your benefits coverage.

-Payment is required at the end of each session, or you can set up an automatic payment plan using a credit card. I accept all major credit cards, checks and cash, as well as HSA and FSA branded as major credit cards.

I love working with all types of clients from diverse backgrounds but my heart belongs to working with teenagers.

I have experience working with all types of adolescent clients, including doing a 14-month internship at Montgomery County Juvenile Probation Center. I also have experience working with individuals, couples, families, children 7 and older, and have worked with clients who have experienced trauma, and am alternative lifestyle friendly.

I graduated with my Masters in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. I have a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University. My passion for working with people has been within me for as long as I can remember. Before pursuing my calling as a mental health professional I worked with individuals and families through professional ministry, and a multitude of child development opportunities and jobs.
