I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in The Woodlands, TX. My idea for 360 Wellness came from the idea that mental health incorporates many aspects of wellness, we have to look at the full picture. I work with individuals, couples and families to find and define their goals. I work hard to meet the client where they are at but also help them to see where they want to be. I will work with you to highlight your strengths and how to use them to reach your optimum visualization of wellness and to bring your idea of wellness full circle.

Rates and Payment
Rates and Payment
-Rates range between $100-125 depending on the service provided
- *Special financial circumstances will be considered on an as-needed basis*
-I am not in network with any insurance panels. However, I can provide you with a "super bill" document that you can send to your insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend that you contact your insurance company in advance of your appointment to verify your benefits coverage.
-Payment is required at the end of each session, or you can set up an automatic payment plan using a credit card. I accept all major credit cards, checks and cash, as well as HSA and FSA branded as major credit cards.
